Description
Just like 02BER and 02DRO, the Edingen switching center is also subject to language legislation. This exchange is divided into two networks: 02ENG (Wallonia), which was assigned the prefix 02/395, and 02HER (Flanders), where subscribers were assigned a 02/396 phone number. This is one of the few exchanges that does not have a separate indialing range.
