Description
The 02DIL exchange is not actually the Dilbeek exchange, but the Sint-Agatha-Berchem exchange. The exchange is located in Brussels, but also serves a large part of Dilbeek (in Flanders). At the time the language laws were enacted, the 02BER prefix had to be divided into two parts: 02BER for Brussels and 02DIL for Flanders. The telephone numbers were also separated: the Dilbeek network served the prefixes 02/466, 02/463, and 02/467, while 02BER served the numbers 02/465, 02/468, 02/464, and 02/469.
